Each such company, partnership and venture is a separate, single purpose entity that: (a) owns, develops and/or operates its own real estate project separate, independent and apart from any such other company, partnership and venture; and (b) is solely responsible for (i) its own real estate project, and (ii) its own duties, responsibilities and obligations.
Okan Tower is a real estate project owned and operated by Okan Group, a Turkey limited liability company (“SM 10000”, “us”, or “we”). Okan Group is a separate, single purpose entity that: (a) owns and is operating the Ten Thousand real estate project (“Ten Thousand”) separate, independent and apart from any other company, partnership and venture; and (b) is solely responsible for (i) Ten Thousand, and (ii) its own duties, responsibilities and obligations.
